The story follows a rich businessman called Shravan who plays with fire,women and anything he can get his hands on. Shravan has everything one can dream of having and what he doesn’t have, he buys it.
One day, he meets the beautiful and vivacious Varsha, whom he tries to woo, become friends with her and after a while, proposes marriage to her, to which she eventually agrees. The couple get engaged, and go on a small holiday. However, Varsha’s beautiful dream comes to a shocking end when Shravan tells her that his love for her was just a drama to get engaged.
Heart broken and shattered, Varsha’s whole world collapses around her. She leaves the country and goes as far away as possible from Shravan ,and begins to start a new life with a new name of Payal. Shravan returns to his home, and says things didn't go well with Varsha.
After the incident, years pass by into a decade and then Payal meets a man named Karan (Ajay Devgn) a young artist, who begins to follow her, and explains she is the woman he sees in his dreams ,they fall in love. Payal agrees and they begin wedding preparations.
Everything is going well, and the whole village is invited to the wedding. Little does poor Payal know that "Shravan" - is brother of Karan. During the ceremonies week, prior to the wedding, Payal's world turns upside down as she sees Shravan and Shravan notices her!
Word gets around and spreads like wild fire and then Karan, who then finds out the truth that was hidden from him by Payal, becomes dismayed , hostile, confused and tries to commit suicide. At this point, luckily Shravan comes to Karan and explains him that it was all his fault- he had played with Payal/ Varsha's life long time ago.
Shravan is hurt and struggles to make Karan promise to take care of Varsha/Payal and also not to tell the family that Payal is Varsha. He tries to ask forgiveness but dies in the arms of Karan.

Jai is a fashion photographer, happily married to Geeta. He meets Ria in Goa. He takes photos of her without permission and publishes them in the magazine. The magazine becomes a huge hit because of those pictures. Vispy wants Ria to model for their magazine but she refuses because she is angry at Jai for publishing her pictures without asking her. Jai manages to convince her to model for their magazine. Ria begins to fall in love with Jai. Her father (Suresh Oberoi) is really happy that her daughter is finally in love (he doesn't know its Jai). Ria, to talk to Jai about marriage, goes to his house and gets a shocking surprise that Jai is married to Geeta. Stubborn and always having her way, she can't believe that the guy she loved is married.
When a shaken Geeta asks for a breakup, Jai promises to change his ways. On the other hand, Ria is very possessive about Jai. She makes a suicide attempt, calls him in the middle of the night, visits Geeta in the hospital after injuring her and spins lies to sow the seed of doubt in Geeta's mind. Jai, meanwhile, tries to hold on to his sanity and marriage. Geeta tries not to let the doubts and suspicions creep in.[5] Ria also stalks Geeta to eliminate her from Jai's life forever.[6]
Jai finally decides to move out of the city with Geeta to pursue a peaceful life. Ria realizes this and asks him to meet her one last time. He agrees and goes to her house to talk to her father about her. Ria uses this opportunity to visit Jai's house and tries to kill Geeta. When Jai reaches Ria's place, he discovers that Mr. Jaiswal is not home and waits for him. While waiting he calls Geeta and hears her shouting. Immediately he rushes home and finds Ria trying to kill her. To protect Geeta, he lies to Ria that he is ready to divorce his wife and start a new life with Ria. Stubborn and always having her way, she can't believe that the guy she loved is married.<br /> When a shaken Geeta asks for a breakup, Jai promises to change his ways. On the other hand, Ria is very possessive about Jai. She makes a suicide attempt, calls him in the middle of the night, visits Geeta in the hospital after injuring her and spins lies to sow the seed of doubt in Geeta's mind. Jai, meanwhile, tries to hold on to his sanity and marriage. Synopsis:

"Afia" - A single woman Afiaa (Nandita Das) decides to become a mother using a sperm donor. She is a web designer by profession. She had been pushing her husband Manav (Manav Kaul) for a child but Manav leaves her because he loves some other girl. She then decides to have a kid on her own, through a test tube baby. She visits a Doctor Basu's (Anurag Basu) clinic and asks the doctor to provide her more details of the Donor. She meets Suraj (Purab Kohli) and asks him few questions wherein Suraj feels awkward. Later, she goes ahead with the sperm donation and test tube baby and offers Suraj some reward as thank you gift. Suraj politely declines but hands her over his phone number. In last scene, they show a smiling Afiaa tearing the note on which Suraj's phone number was written.

"Megha" - Almost 20 years after leaving Kashmir, Kashmiri Pandit Megha (Juhi Chawla) returns home on a business trip to find her childhood Muslim friend Rubina (Manisha Koirala) has suffered too.[9] "Megha" is inspired by Sanjay Suri's real life experiences in Kashmir.

"Abhimanyu" - Abhimanyu (Sanjay Suri), a successful director, is haunted by memories of sexual abuse as a child.[11] He must deal with his dark memories even as he struggles with his sexual identity. "Abhimanyu" is based on the experiences of fashion designer Ganesh Nallari and gay rights activist Harish Iyer.

"Omar" - Jai, from Bangalore, (Rahul Bose) meets Omar, a struggling actor in Mumbai, (Arjun Mathur). They flirt and have dinner together and then have sex at a public place. A policeman (Abhimanyu Singh) comes and manhandles them both and threatens Jai to turn him in under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and blackmails into giving 100,000 Rupees as bribe. Omar goes with Jai's ATM card to draw money, meanwhile the policeman rapes Jai. Omar returns with 50,000 Rupees, which the policeman takes along with both Jai and Omar's cellphones. Then he takes Omar along with him against protests of Jai (A hint of the policeman intenting to rape Omar). Later on Jai meets Omar again in a hotel and tell him that later that night, Jai had gone and woke up a big lawyer and went with him to the police station to get Omar released only to find that Omar was never there and then he realized that Omar was a part of setup to extort money from Jai. "Omar" is inspired by stories and research material provided by the online portal Gay Bombay.

"Abhimanyu" is based on the experiences of fashion designer Ganesh Nallari and gay rights activist Harish Iyer.<br /> <br /> "Omar" - Jai, from Bangalore, (Rahul Bose) meets Omar, a struggling actor in Mumbai, (Arjun Mathur). They flirt and have dinner together and then have sex at a public place. A policeman (Abhimanyu Singh) comes and manhandles them both and threatens Jai to turn him in under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and blackmails into giving 100,000 Rupees as bribe. Omar goes with Jai's ATM card to draw money, meanwhile the policeman rapes Jai. Omar returns with 50,000 Rupees, which the policeman takes along with both Jai and Omar's cellphones. Then he takes Omar along with him against protests of Jai (A hint of the policeman intenting to rape Omar). Later on Jai meets Omar again in a hotel and tell him that later that night, Jai had gone and woke up a big lawyer and went with him to the police station to get Omar released only to find that Omar was never there and then he realized that Omar was a part of setup to extort money from Jai. Synopsis:

Love Exchange is a romantic journey of a culturally opposite couple - Siddharth Sathe and Shanoo Kapoor. They meet at their work place, become good friends and ultimately fall in love. Things are fine till they decide to get married. Sid and Shanoo belong to two different cultural backgrounds of India. Sid, a Marathi boy, and Shanoo, a Punjabi girl.Coming from different backgrounds, little did they know that their love would face a cultural tornado ahead. Before they could confront their love in front of their parents, the parents are all set to separate the love birds due to the cultural clash. Mr. Sathe (Sid's father) and Mr. Kapoor (Shanoo's father) get together as a team and intentionally set a condition for them to stay at each others house for 3 months to have a better understanding of the culture. To be together for life, there lies a tough battle ahead for the couple. For it is easy to fight and rebel, but much harder to convince. Will Sid and Shanoo's love for each other?
