Story:
These two factors apart, Bharath Chandra is something of a masterpiece. This sequel to Mollywood hit Police Commissioner brings back the eponymous hero in a tautly woven plot, full of Michael Crichton style layered suspense and clever dialogues that are shouted out rather than spoken. Bharath Chandra (Suresh Gopi) is an IPS officer who is brought in, along with a team of other police officers, including Hema (Shriya Reddy), to investigate the murder of one Mehdipatnam Baba (Sri Raman). The killing happens when he is out to appear in the court to testify about the riots and tension happening in Machilipatnam, stirred up by one Hyder Ali Hassan (Sai Kumar). Hyder Ali in turn is doing it because he wants the area cleared for his megalomaniacal dream of a township anchored at a private port. From one suspect to another, Bharath Chandra and team move in cyclical layers till they finally zero in on some highly unlikely villains. Director, producer and writer Renji Panicker clearly has an eye for surprise as he sequentially turns friends into foes. Instead of following the story straight as a string, the script loops and crochets in ways to keep you rapt. Strong female protagonists and villains are another aspect this movie scores on. From the chain-smoking, scotch-gulping and reasonably pretty IPS officer who is responsible for Mehdipatnam baba's security, to the mistresses-cum-secretaries of villains, they are all there, and in substantial parts. Shriya, looking dusky, and a little uninvolved, moves on from encounter to encounter, while she simultaneously warms up to Bharath's little daughter. Sobhana, in a photograph, plays the dead wife of Bharat, who won the case against him for murdering Mohan Thomas in the prequel movie, and was assassinated for that. All in all, the whole sequel business has a comic book hero feel to it. Like Phantom to Bangalla, Bharath to Machilipatnam! Songs are blessedly absent, and the running time is close to 100 minutes. Never was an action movie so accessible in Telugu cinema. Like an elegant mathematical proof, it begins with the proposition to expose goons, makes complicated twists and turns, only to end with a graceful bow at QED. And then abruptly, like a power cut, the action stops and credits rolls. A must-watch as a study in the art of quick, joyful and painless. But for its low glamour quotient, for which it may suffer at the Telugu box office, Bharath Chandra is an absolutely spiffy job.

Chiranjeevulu (2001)

Story Line:
Chiranjeevulu is a film about four youngsters who land up in a village accidentally, and then fight out the big bad man of the village. The plot revolves around a village that has Nagendra (Nagendra Babu) as the president and Satya Murthy as his rival. Satya Murthy is the villain, and is envious of Nagendra for all the goodwill he has of the villagers.
Now Radha, the daughter of Nagendra, and Anand, the son of Satya Murthy, are in love with each other (yes, you knew it!). Nagendra supports the lovers, and, in trying to unite them, is killed by Satya Murthy, who becomes the president himself now.
Enter Charan (Ravi Teja), Giri (Bramhaji), Chanti (Shivaji) and Kiran (Sijju), four friends who are being chased by both the people and the police. In an attempt to flee, they board a train and reach an unidentified destination (to them, that is - we already know it so well). They kind of like the countryside air, and decide to chill out at here for a few days, but fall into trouble caused by the Big Bad Man. They are rescued by Lakshmi, the widow of Nagendra, and become her adopted children. And of course, they will avenge her trauma.
If there wasn't enough drama already, a flashback tells you that Giri and Chanti are victims of cancer and the other two are accused of a murder each that they can defend. The comedy by Bramhanandam and a couple of others fails to evoke any laughter, but the script deserves most of the blame. Sanghavi in an insignificant role as the lover of Charan does not create an impact either.

Story Line:
Shankar (Srikanth) is a tenant in the house of one Prakash. Prakash's half-sister Nandini (Soundarya),who is a medical student, hates him while he pines to be accepted by her as a brother. Nandini and Shankar are great friends,and one day, when dropping her at the bus stop, he happens to see the unbelievably cute Seershika (Richa). It's love at first sight for both.but as usual it's all just aankhon-hi-aankhon-mein. Fun and games (and two imaginary songs) follow and they don't even know each other's names.About an hour (movie-time) later, Shankar's highly rude and abusive father (Kota)lands in Hyderabad for his wife's heart operation and tells Shankar that his marriage is being arranged.
Same scene in Seershika's house. And guess what? They are the two people about to be married. Of course, they don't realize this, and as expected, both avoid the meeting. It would have been a really short movie otherwise!Some misunderstanding then occurs with the result that, to pacify his ailing mother until her operation, Shankar says that he'll marry Nandini. Further misunderstandings in his real love lifeoccur due to thisarrangement and he asks Nandini to tell the truth.The arrangement was her idea actually. She does an about turn and says that she really loves him. The film is enlivened by Soundarya's psychopathic obsession after this twist, leading up to a fairly engrossing climax.I was never too impressed with Srikanth as an actor and remain so. Seeing him and Soundarya together (Kalisi Naduddam, in recent memory) has become sort of a routine. Soundarya looks overweight but is brilliant in the second half. She's very convincing as the obsessed female - a rarity these days!
Richa has hardly anything to do except smile (oh, so enchantingly!) and cry towards the end. Not more than ten lines in all. The support ,cast is okay; especially the comedy track with Brahmanandam, Sudhakar, etc. The extra half in the rating is for Richa and for Soundarya, who carries the second half on her own.The music is no great shakes. There are about a million discrepancies in this film extensively shot in Hyderabad (Necklace Road, in particular) and in Switzerland (the songs). Lots of loose odds and ends in the story. Strictly for timepass or for Richa fans.

Plot:
Shankar Pehalvan (Jr. NTR), is the leader of labor from Andhra in Mumbai. Shankar fights with the mafia don Bade Mia (Sayaji Shinde) and in the process Andhrawala also becomes a don. In the ensuing mafia feud, Bade Mia kills Shankar and his wife (Sanghavi). Basha (Benarjee) - a trusted lieutenant of Sankar - takes away the kid to rescue him from Bade Mia. When mafia goons follow him, Basha leaves the kid on a footpath besides a beggar and leaves. The boy, Munna (Jr. NTR), is raised in a slum area. While Basha is in search of Munna to safeguard him, Bade Mia is in search of him to avenge the death of his son in the hands of Shankar. Thanks to the similarities in appearance of father and son, Basha and Bade Mia recognize that Munna is son of Sankar. Munna gets to know his identity and the story of his father and his death from Basha. In the meanwhile, Bade Mia men descend to Hyderabad to kill Munna. Munna decides to take the battle to Bade Mia and goes to Mumbai to confront with Bade Mia face to face. The rest of the story is all about how Munna succeeds in killing his family's murderers.

Story
Vamsi(Gopichand) falls in love with Bujji(Bhavana), who is an orphan studying B.Sc. He teases Bujji by introducing himself as CBI officer, because she cheats Vamsi’s brother and takes 15,000 rupees to help for a child and later she returns the money to him. By seeing her attitude and smartness, Vamsi falls for her and proposes. He introduces her to his parents and decides to marry her.Vamsi kicks out two local goons Ajay and Mahankali(Ashish Vidyarthi), who teases Bujji. In order to take revenge on him, Mahankali kidnaps Bujji with the help of Raghava (Rajiv Kanakala), an MLA and Vamsi’s best friend. Raghava stabs Vamsi to become minister with the support of Mahankali, Bujji gets raped by Ajay in front of Vamsi and commits suicide. Then Vamsi takes revenge on Raghava, Ajay and Mahankali with the help of a special police officer. At last, Vamsi remains Ontari.

Anasuya (Bhumika Chawla), who is an orphan, gets a position as a journalist in a local television-based news channel. She gets to stay with Joseph (Shankar Melkote) in the city, while working as a journalist. At the insistence of the news producer, she is set into investigating and exposing child labor at a local politician's house. She enters their house as an undercover journalist, on the pretext of conducting an interview for a women's magazine. Here, she exposes the oppressive work conditions on Lakshmi, a child, an orphan herself, who's forced into menial work at the politician's house. Upon exposure, the politician ousts the child from the house to evade arrests and investigations.
On seeing this, Anasuya legally adopts this child. She gains popularity in the channel's office as a dedicated journalist. At around this time, there are a couple of murders in the city, each of which having a significant presence of a red rose on the dead body with an organ missing. While the police attempt to keep the matter silent, Anasuya takes up the task of investigating on these murders. In this process, she meets a police task force officer, Anand (Abbas) who is involved with the investigation. One night, she finds a shady figure lurking in the shadows of her house. When her watchman is alerted, the figure disappears. She hurriedly reaches for Joseph, only to find him murdered in the same fashion as the other murders.
From here, Anasuya tries to find out the murderer and his reasons behind the unexplained murders. After her own investigations, she narrows down the suspect to Govind (Ravi Babu), a hospital attendant. She is surprised to find him physically challenged when he is brought to the police station for interrogation. She detests his disability and terms it as a sham, but the police don't quite convinced with her claims. Govind attempts to murder Anasuya in order to clear the hurdle in his scheme of things. In this process, the police surround him, but he escapes after murdering a couple of policemen. In another such attempt by him, Anasuya accidentally murders a person while in her self-defense. Unfortunately for her, she gets framed and is arrested. Anand, with whom she is in a relationship with, gets her released on a bond. Again, when there is another attempt to kill her, the police trap him, but, the sequence of events suggest that he committed suicide.
When Anasuya finds him again, everyone dismisses her talk and wonder if she is in a mental trauma. While she gets fired from her television employer, she does not even find comfort with Anand, who does not believe her. She decides to resolve the mystery and her investigations lead her to a village where Pooja, a medical college student was murdered by Govind, her Professor, who believed that they should be married because of their previous birth. Her investigation reveals that Pooja's body organs, according to her will, were donated to those in need. Govind, with a resolve to retrieve all these organs back to her body that he steals from the morgue. After realizing the intentions of Govind, now turned psycho, Anasuya does a check on the remainder of the organs that were of Pooja. To her shock, she realizes that Lakshmi's eyes were out of Pooja's donation.
When Lakshmi is abducted by Govind, Anasuya finds his location by tracking his phone number. After the ensuing struggle and fightback, with assistance from Anand, Anasuya kills Govind and closes the case.

Nagendra Naidu (Nagendra Babu) is a powerful police officer. He wants to see his son Radhakrishna (Nitin) also as a good police officer. He always dreams of his son bashing the dons and get a state government's medal which should be presented through his hands. However, his wife Sarala (Kovai Sarala) wants to see her son as a super star. Then a peculiar GO gets passed by which any honest person is eligible for a Police job. As Nagendra Naidu convinces his wife that all the training that is needed for a film hero could be learnt in just three months time in the Police Academy, Sarala agrees to join him in the Police Academy. Radhakrishna falls in love with Krishnaveni (Bhavana) at the police academy. The latter too loses her heart to him. At this juncture, her photo appears in the TV saying that she was a big Naxalite leader. The actual story gets revealed with a small twist. Who created Krishnaveni as a Naxalite or did she really a Naxalite? What happened to the love between Radha and Krishna? How far, Radha was able to fulfil the dream of his father Nagendra
Naidu? Answers to all these questions form part of the second half.

Synopsis:
Set on the backdrop of Tarigonda, a pious Brahmin family of Krishnaiah (sarath Babu) and Mangamamba (sudha) pray for children and their wish is granted in the form of a baby girl. They name her Vengamamba (meena) and right from her childhood, she is a devotee of Lord Venkateshwara. Unlike the regular activities of girls her age, Vengamamba is immersed into her own world of Balaji and his worries her parents. They get her married to Venkata Chalapathi but then she does not carry off her duties as a wife. Even the husband is supportive as he sees a goddess in her. The story takes a turn when Chalapathi dies and Vengamamba decides to take up writing poems and songs on lord Venkateshwara. She is supported by her in-laws and soon her journey takes her to Tirumala. How she handles hiccups that come her way and spread the word of love and devotion forms the essence.

Synopsis:

Plot:
Dhanvi (Srihari) is a calm going government employee living in a colony. He is married to a beautiful wife (Sanghvi). His neighbor's name is Muddu Krishna (Posani Krishna Murali), who is harassed by the tenant Chalapati (Chalapati Rao) and his family. The crime in the city is managed and controlled by a mafia don Mohan Raj. Chalapati takes the protection of Mohan Raj and forces Muddu
Krishna to transfer the ownership of the house to Chalapati at a cheap rate. When Muddu Krishna refuses to do so, Mohan Raj kidnapped his family members. The wife of Dhanvi is surprised by the cool attitude of Dhanvi to his surrounding as he refuses to help Muddu Krishna by fighting Mohan Raj.
