Synopsis:

The film opens with flashbacks of Ghayal.Ajay Mehra (from previous Ghayal-1990), after finishing off his life sentence, starts a newspaper called Satyakam. Still dealing with the haunting trauma of losing his loved ones, Ajay manages to make a credible name for himself in investigative journalism. Working with a strange team of RTI activists, ex-criminals and ilk; and even stranger ways of unearthing and presenting truth, Ajay Mehra has earned quite a fan following among the youths, who finds his fearless and unforgiving approach in dealing with all kinds of sociopaths very inspiring. Among his die hard fans are these four teenagers who happened to have received bravery medals from him once. These four friends once out on photography expedition, accidentally record a murder on a camera. The footage turns out to be explosive as it clearly shows two of the city's most powerful people involved in the murder. Well what happens after this is a series of twists and turns where the four kids get entangled and have to fight it out ...

Synopsis:

Karz The Burden of truth in which Police Inspector Suraj is an orphan, who was rejected by his biological mother, for reason(s) unknown. Suraj has grown up questioning as to how any mother could reject her own child. He meets with Raja, and after a few misunderstandings, both become fast friends. Raja introduces him to his mom, Savitri, who welcomes and accepts him. Suraj loves Sapna, and hopes to marry her someday. Unfortunately, he finds out that Raja also loves Sapna, and decides to step away, and takes to alcohol. When Savitri's mom meets prominent politician, Yuvraj, she recognizes him as a wanted criminal, Thakur, but Yuvraj denies being Thakur nor having any connection with Thakur. This leads Suraj to wonder as to what prompted Savitri to point a finger at Yuvraj. His investigation will lead him to his birth mother, as well as his biological father, and he will come to know why his mother rejected him.

The movie story deals with Arjun a Photographer is only a son of Police Commissioner and happy with his Mother, younger sister and grandmother. He meets Aarti a low profile reporter in a small daily who wants to make name as a famous reporter and both fall in love. Both decides to marry but there is problem. Arjun tells Nisha that they need to wait for an approval from his close friend Iqbal who is former Army captain before they could get married. Meanwhile Arjun's father is blamed for letting off an unknown terrorist and declared as traitor. Iqbal also present at Arjun's home during Arjun's sister engagement while police arrest Commissioner. Arjun knows its a conspiracy against his dad and sets off to find the vanished terrorist and catch the people behind the conspiracy to restore his father's dignity. Meanwhile Iqbal leaves Arjun's home without any clue. This makes Arjun suspicious about Iqbal and goes to Kashmir, he survived a terrorist attack there and found Iqbal is the leader of the group which attacked him. Iqbal tells Arjun why he became a terrorist from a patriotic army captain. Iqbal had a family and wife whom he loved more than anything however he lost them in a communal riot in his village and a communal leader Shah Alam took him along hundreds of youths to prepare them to fight against the people who destroyed their village. Gradually Iqbal is turned into anti-national and eventually a leader of terrorist group. Upon hearing Iqbal's story Arjun explained him that its all a conspiracy to make Iqbal a terrorist as he was an expert in explosives serving in Indian Army and to utilise his skills to produce explosive to destroy his own country and his own people. Iqbal finally understands and accept to offer help to Arjun. After hearing that Iqbal has left him Shah Alam inform his crime partner Swamiji. Swamiji goes to Ajay's home and threatens him to finish his family if he does not keep quiet. Swami and Alam also looking for Iqbal to kill him as he is going to be an evidence against them. Finally when Commissioner is about to be proanounced as culprit Arjun brings Iqbal to court after going through lot of bloodshed. Arjun clarify to judge that its people like Swamiji and Alam who are the real traitors who create terrorist out of innocent people like Iqbal. Iqbal gives all evidence against Alam and Swamiji thus court declaring Iqbal and Commissioner as innocent and releasing them. Alam is arrested however Swamiji refused to give in saying that his followers will create a ruckus if he is arrested however Arjun with help of his media friends have live telecast entire proceedings of court on a national channel hence revealing Swamiji's real nature to his followers. His own followers beats him to death. Arjun has accomplished his mission after restoring his Father's pride.

As Satyendra's popularity rises he fears for his life and that of his daughter's and as a result hires a bodyguard named Ajay for Priyanka. Gradually, Priyanka and Ajay fall in love with each other. With the elections approaching, and Satyendra's growing popularity creates some uncertainty with other political parties; as a result Priyanka is kidnapped and Ajay is seriously wounded while trying to protect her and is hospitalized. When the news is made public, a wave of sympathy moves in Satyendra's favor and he is sure to win the election. Priyanka's abductors demand two crore rupees, but before Satyendra could respond the police find a body of a young woman, who is presumed to be that of Priyanka. A grieving Satyendra is shown on national television before a shocked nation, and he wins the election hands down.

An ex-boxer Baldev Choudhary has had a stain in his boxing career. He wanted to wash it with his son Angad's success, but times were hard and a financial crunch kept him from achieving this dream. Though Angad pulled through fine, Baldev never forgot who ruined his chance to wash the stain. An opportunity strikes Baldev in the form of a T.V. Show. He trains a local boy to get into this media hyped boxing show, but is ditched for a better coach at the last minute. Baldev's younger son Karan) has just launched his first music album. Realising his father is in crises of his life, he gives up his dream of a musical career to get into the game of boxing. Karan wins all through thinking that his victory will bring the two pillars of his family together. After winning within the nation, he wins all over the world. The final match is with the current world heavy champion. The match goes fine, but Karan is tricked and he ends up paralysed in a hospital bed. Baldev, who wanted to wash a stigma is now about to lose his son. He feels like killing himself. When Karan reveals the world heavy champion cheated, Angad decides to get into the game of boxing once more and win the title for his father. Angad steps in and brings the world heavyweight champion belt to India. On the other hand, Karan suffers liver damage and requires a liver to survive. Baldev pleads with the doctors to use his liver, but the doctors reject the idea. However, the operation continues as God hears Baldev's call – a liver is donated to Karan through an unknown donor. In the end, Baldev who was going to give up his life for Karan, is instead alive and happy with his family.

Baba then instructs Vishnu that in order to get even with Samppat he must first destroy his illegal businesses; paying heed to this Vishnu then embarked on a mission to emulate Shamsher's.
