Synopsis-

The compassionate Lord Shiva decides to send Parvati down to earth as an earthling, to fulfill her obligation to one devotee - Kanchanamala, the queen of Panya Kingdom. The story is narrated by Neelakanta Deekshatar, an ardent devotee of Goddess Meenakshi. Many small mythological stories are interwoven throughout the movie, thereby giving the whole movie a religious fervour. Besides, the marriage of Meenakshi to Lord Shiva by her brother Vishnu is explained in the movie.
