Synopsis -

Porpandhal is a village filled with kind hearted peace lovers where even a burglar from outside is pardoned and made to live a dignified life. The four officers in the police station (Arulnithi, Singampuli, Bhagavathy Perumal and Rajkumar) lead a happy life by watching cricket match and playing carom board inside the station as there was no place for any complaints, until they receive the transfer order to a riot stricken city as a police station in Porpandhal Village is felt unwanted. The policemen who have different reasons to stick to the village. Head Constable (Singampuli) and Sub Inspector (Bhagavath Perumal) try to create false cases and also induce some people to indulge in petty crimes. While these attempts initially fail to bring any case and help to retain the station, the tricks used by one of them to disrupt the peace bring a series of problems at an unexpected moment. The entire village becomes a violent battle ground and safety of people becomes a big question mark.
